Pucker-up Lips
Create Pucker-Up Lips ready for whispering sweet nothings or sending gentle kisses.
To get a pucker-up effect, highlight the peaks on your top lip with lip liner by drawing a straight or rounded line over them.
Line the bottom lip as usual, but use the bottom most point of your lips all the way around. Fill with lipstick. Finish it with a touch of lighter shaded gloss in the middle (only) of your top and bottom lips. Full and Voluptuous Lips!
